The enquiry process
Initial Enquiry
Once you’ve contacted our team, a member of staff will liase with you to understand your project requirements and details, a member of the team will be sent to site visit for a survey.
Site visit
Upon site visit, we will carry out a survey to determine the project details, we will provide samples based on the initial call so you can see the products for yourself. post site visit we will supply a free of charge no obligation quote on associated works.
Installation
After your deposit invoice has been paid, our team will book you in for the nearest most convenient time. A team of industry professionals will then carry out all associated works as per clients brief.
Aftercare
Once your installation has been completed and the final invoice paid, will send out an aftercare pack with your maintenance instructions and warranty document.
